Returns Policy

In the event that goods need to be returned, the following conditions apply:

All goods to be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items should remain intact with no seals or cellophane broken.

A full refund will be given where the product is deemed to be faulty including postage costs, assuming an exchange item is not required. If an exchange item is required a new item will be dispatched on return of the original product, and all postage costs will be refunded.

When packaging the item please ensure it is done with care as goods can not be accepted due to delivery damage. Please enclose your original sale invoice. Postal insurance is recommended.
